The room had a comfortable bed and a nice sauna facility that I enjoyed during my stay. the location was perfect as it was close to the train station and other major attractions in the city. I also appreciate that the hotel had a toilet with washlet.
The hotel staff was very unprofessional and showed no willingness to accommodate simple requests. The room was dry due to the AC heater and there were no humidifiers available to use.
